USA Triathlon Sanctioned Event
This event is sanctioned by USA Triathlon, the national governing body for the sport of Triathlon. We suggest all our participants become familiar with USA Triathlon Rules and Regulations. Officials will be present enforcing these rules.

Transfer Policy
The request to transfer out of a race must be made 14 days or more prior to that scheduled event date. No transfers will be allowed underneath this deadline. The fee to transfer registration to another athlete is $40. The fee must be accompanied with an application from the new participant. Transfers can be made to any race produced by Georgia Multisports Productions. However, there are no transfers allowed after the last race of the season to another race in the following season.
Race Description
A sprint distance event offered along with the Rock ‘N RollMan Olympic, Duathlon and Aquabike is a great way to enjoy the beautiful Macon area while racing a more manageable distance.

Bike Check-in
Check in your bike on event morning between 5:30 am and 7:15 am. No Bike Check in before race morning.
Cut-Off Times
Georgia MultiSports Productions for safety reason has established a course and race completion timelines as follows:
Swim: 30 minutes or course officials will assist you from course.
Bike: 1 and 1/2 hours or total of 2 hours of swim and bike.
Run: 45 minutes or total of 2 hours and 45 minutes to complete the race.
You may be asked to return your timing chip and will not receive an official time if you choose to complete the event it will be without course security or support.
Wet Suits
Each age group participant shall be permitted to wear a wet suit without penalty in any event sanctioned by USA Triathlon up to and including a water temperature of 78 degrees Fahrenheit. When the water temperature is greater than 78 degrees, but less than 84 degrees Fahrenheit, age group participants may wear a wet suit at their own discretion, provided however that participants who wear a wet suit within this temperature range shall not be eligible for prizes or awards. Age group participants shall not wear wet suits in water temperatures equal to or greater than 84 degrees Fahrenheit.
Minimum Age
The minimum age allowed for participating in the Rock ‘N RollMan Sprint as an individual is 14 years of age.

There will be an aid station at the turn around with both bottled water and SlayRX.
The link below pulls up the course maps which have a button that says "send to phone" but attached to that button is another button with three dots. Click on that and then click on "send to a different device" to select Garmin (or Wahoo) computers. Anyone asking for this should know how to use it.
Packet Pick-Up
Participants must collect his/ her own event packets. This rule applies to relay team members as well. A photo ID is required in order to collect event materials. NO ID = NO EVENT. ALL USAT annual members must show a valid USAT membership card or pay the one-day membership fee ($15).

Parking will be in grass area to right when entering the park. There will be people directing you.
