USA Triathlon Sanctioned Event
This event is sanctioned by USA Triathlon, the national governing body for the sport of Triathlon. We suggest all our participants become familiar with USA Triathlon Rules and Regulations. Officials will be present enforcing these rules.

Transfer Policy
The request to transfer out of a race must be made 14 days or more prior to that scheduled event date. No transfers will be allowed underneath this deadline. The fee to transfer registration to another athlete is $40. The fee must be accompanied with an application from the new participant. Transfers can be made to any race produced by Georgia Multisports Productions. However, there are no transfers allowed after the last race of the season to another race in the following season.
Race information
Relay Teams
Racers can form teams of two or three to compete in the triathlon, with each athlete racing one event. Each team member must fill out separate applications and waivers.
Minimum Age
The minimum age allowed for participating in the Rock ‘N RollMan Olympic Distance Event is 15 years of age.
No bike check-In until race morning.
Cut-Off Times
Georgia Multisports Productions for safety reason has established a course and race completion time lines as follows:
Swim: 1 hour
Bike: 2½ hours or total of 3½ hours of swim and bike
Run: 1 hour or total of 4½ hours to complete the race.
Wet suits
Each age group participant shall be permitted to wear a wet suit without penalty in any event sanctioned by USA Triathlon up to and including a water temperature of 78 degrees Fahrenheit. When the water temperature is greater than 78 degrees, but less than 84 degrees Fahrenheit, age group participants may wear a wet suit at their own discretion, provided however that participants who wear a wet suit within this temperature range shall not be eligible for prizes or awards. Age group participants shall not wear wet suits in water temperatures equal to or greater than 84 degrees Fahrenheit.
Aid Stations
Run Course: Aid stations on the run will be positioned approximately every mile. These stations will contain water and mile 4 aid station will have energy drink and water.

Bike: 40k bike course has many rolling hills.
Run: 10K a flat out and back course and ends back in the park

Packet Pick-Up
Participants must collect his/ her own event packets. This rule applies to relay team members as well. A photo ID is required in order to collect event materials. NO ID = NO EVENT. ALL USAT annual members must show a valid USAT membership card or pay the one-day membership fee ($15).

Overall top three finishers.
Masters top three.
Athena (165+) top three.
Clydesdale (220+) top three.
Relays top three.
Age group awards will be given three deep in the following categories: 15 -19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+
Aquabike Awards:
Top three overall male and female finishers
Awards will not be mailed to anyone no exception – you must pick up your award at the event or have someone pick it up for you if not able to stay until Awards are available.
Parking
Parking will be in the grass area to the right when you enter park - there will be people directing you.
Bike Tech
All 3 Sports and Podium Multisports will be available race morning for minor adjustments.
