The Alzheimer's Association also provides information on living a brain-healthy lifestyle and research into the cause, treatments, preventions, and cure for Alzheimer’s.

Transfers:
The request to transfer out of a race must be made 14 days or more prior to that scheduled event date. No transfers will be allowed underneath this deadline. The fee for a race transfer is $20. Transfers can be made to any race produced by Georgia Multisports Productions. However, there are no transfers allowed after the last race of the season to another race in the following season.
There is a $20 fee to transfer the registration to another athlete. The fee must be accompanied with an application from the new participate.

Wetsuits:
We won't know until race day if wetsuits will be allowed.
So bring your wetsuit!

Directions for Runner’s Fit
Heading North on I-85:Take Exit 126 (Hwy 211 and Chateau Elan) and turn left. We are on the right about 2 miles down just past Habersham Bank.
Heading South on I-85:Take Exit 126 (Hwy 211 and Chateau Elan) and turn right. We are on the right about 2 miles down just past Habersham Bank.
Heading South on I-985 (Gainesville Area):Take Exit 16 and turn left on to Hwy 53. About 5 miles down, turn right on to Hwy 211. We are on the left about 4 miles down 211.
Heading North on I-985:Take Exit 8 and turn right on to Friendship Rd. Take Friendship all the way until it ends into Hwy 211. (Friendship turns into Thompson Mill Rd. at Spout Springs Rd.) Turn left onto Hwy 211 and take an immediate right into the parking lot.

Driving Directions from 400 North
Exit on the Mansell Road exit. Make a left turn at the light and head west on Mansell Road. At the 5th light make a right turn on to Old Roswell Road. Go down the hill to the 3 way stop sign.
At the stop sign make a left turn (Do not go straight!) and stay on Old Roswell Road for 1 mile. Our building is second entrance to 1750 Founders Parkway. We are located in suite 130 facing Old Roswell Road directly as you turn in.
Driving directions from 400 South.
Exit the Haynes Bridge Road. Make a left turn at the light and head west on Haynes Bridge Road.
At the next light make a left turn on to Lakeview Parkway. Drive a short distance to Morrison Parkway. At Morrison Parkway make a left turn.
Turn right onto Hembree Road. Drive a short distance through 1 light and then make a left turn onto Old Roswell Road.
We are about approx. .25 miles on the left side of the road.
Turn into the parking lot when you see our street number of 1750 that is located on the street. Our building is the first entrance to 1750 Founders Parkway. We are located in suite 130 facing Old Roswell Road directly as you turn in. You may need to enter at the second entrance of 1750, and circle the building.
Packet Pick-up Race Morning: 5:30 - 7:00am

5:30am Park opens
7:15am Information will be given concerning start sequence and last minute course updates
7:30am Race starts
11:00pm Awards ceremony begins
USA Triathlon Sanctioned:
This event is sanctioned by USAT, the national governing body for the sport of Triathlon. We suggest all our participants become familiar with USAT Rules and Regulations. Officials will be present enforcing these rules.
Georgia Multisports Productions for safety reason
has established a course and race completion time lines as
follows:
- Swim: 30 minutes
- Bike 1 and 1/2 hours or total of 2 hours of swim and bike
- Run: 45 minutes or total of 2 hours and 45 minutes to complete the race.
You may be ask to return your timing chip and will not receive an official time. If you choose to complete the event it will be without course security or support.
