400 Yard Swim 12 Mile Bike 5K Run IMPORTANT NOTICE: CHANGE OF RACE LOCATION:
Due to a conflict with a major golf tournament on St. Simon Island the race location has been changed for this year only to Jekyll Island.
Proceeds from this event helps the American Red Cross to provide assistance to families in times of disaster, enabling us to service military personnel at home and abroad, allowing us to provide health and safety classes to the community, and continuing to provide countless other services for the five county areas that we serve. Your participation in this event will certainly change a life, starting with your own!

Location: Jekyll Island, GA – Beach Pavillion – There is a $5.00 entrance fee for Jekyll Island.
Registration: Registration will close when we reach 400 participants so register early.

Transfers: The request to transfer out of a race must be made 14 days or more prior to that scheduled event date. No transfers will be allowed underneath this deadline. The fee to transfer registration to another athlete is $30. The fee must be accompanied with an application from the new participant. No Refunds Course Information:

Georgia Multisports Productions for safety reason has established a course and race completion time line as follows:
You may be asked to return your timing chip and will not receive an official time. if you choose to complete the event it will be without course security or support.
Free Clinic: Saturday, October 9, 2010 – The Beach Pavilion (race starting location) on Jekyll Island from 3:00 to 4:00pm for anyone interested. There will be a $5.00 entrance fee to get on Jekyll Island unless you are staying on the island. Griffin Bikes will be available for last minute bike repairs and purchases. Event Timeline:

Post Race: Food and Music will be provided.  USA Triathlon Sanctioned
This event is sanctioned by USA Triathlon, the national governing body for the sport of Triathlon. We suggest all our participants become familiar with USA Triathlon Rules and Regulations. Officials will be present enforcing these rules.
This is a ChampionChip Timed Event.
